These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the digital products sold under the trade name MmuriloG, operated by Murilo de Souza Garcia, an individual sole trader registered in Brazil under CPF 122.267.499-85, with address at Rua Rio de Janeiro, Terra Boa, Paraná, Brazil, CEP 87240-000 ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing or accessing any of our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
We sell digital educational programs about general wellness, beauty and lifestyle routines, delivered as browser-based web apps, video lessons and downloadable reference material. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
Product descriptions, content and prices are shown on each sales page. We may update, improve or reorganise program content over time.
All content is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace consultation with a qualified health professional. Always consult a doctor or other qualified professional before starting any new routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to make a purchase. Access is linked to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your access.
Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency, including any applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details. Charges appear on your statement as MMURILOG. See Billing & statements.
Some products are offered as subscriptions. When this is the case, the recurring price, billing interval and any trial period are clearly displayed before you confirm payment. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy; cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Access is delivered immediately after payment confirmation through a thank-you page and a confirmation email containing your login link. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact support.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, in line with the right of withdrawal under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Art. 49, Law 8.078/1990). Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All content — including videos, texts, images, plans and software — is owned by or licensed to Murilo de Souza Garcia and protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own private, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, resell, share login access, redistribute, publicly display or create derivative works from our content. Violation may result in access being terminated without refund.
You agree not to misuse our platforms, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We aim to keep our web apps available at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or reasons beyond our control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Consumers retain the protections of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence, and may bring claims in the courts of their own domicile where the law allows.
